Our Agent Assist program offers full representation. We will review all incoming offers and negotiate directly with the buyer's agent. We coordinate the inspection, escrow and the closing. We review the HUD 1 settlement statement, at closing, to check for any errors. We make sure that all offer deadlines are met. You will receive a computerized key box, sign & sign post, up to 200 color flyers, directional arrows and CirclePix virtual tour (limited service areas). $2495 listing side. $495 paid upfront with $2000 paid at close.
